NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 25, 2013 in Civil Case No.:52-2012-CA-003895, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and, MICHELE HERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELE HERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; MAYFAIR CONDOMINIUM IN PARK WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on April 16, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 309, MAYFAIR CONDOMINIUM IN PARK WEST, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3806, PAGE 871, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
