Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-008499, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-52CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-52CB is the Plaintiff, and THOMAS H KACHADURIAN, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 345 OF BILMAR BEACH RESORT CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BLMAR BEACH RESORT CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED ON AUGUST 18, 2005, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14541, PAGE 1149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of May, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
