That certain Condominium parcel described as Unit No. 80S, Building (Phase) 8, together with the appurtenances thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium of LAUREL OAKS AT EAST LAKE WOODLANDS I, a Condominium, and related documents as recorded in Official Records Book 7269, Pages 556 through 623 and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 106, Pages 7 through 10 and as amended to add Phase 8 by Amendment to the Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 8375, Page 865 and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 113, Pages 36 through 39 and any other amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
