NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09011473C1 07 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings & Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Iris G. Hall; Tradewinds East Condominium Association, INC.; Wilson, Kehoe & Miiller Corporation; Silvers Systems Incorporated; ADT Security Services, INC; John Doe; and Jane Doe, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on April 30, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit 132, of Tradewinds, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Oficial Records Book 4270, Page 1023, inclusive, and all exhibits and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements as set forth in the exhibits to the said Declaration of Condominium.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
