NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 12, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Donald Graham is the Plaintiff and Joseph Galluccio, Carolyn Galluccio; Anthony Villasuso and John Boswell are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, In an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on April 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 9, BLOCK 2, OF WINSTON PARK UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 46 AND 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
