NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-10932 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for Chase Mortgage Funding Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2002-2, is the Plaintiff and David B. Christiansen, Shirley Y. Christiansen, Tenant #1 n/k/a Jason Mullins, Tenant #2 n/k/a Tiffany Mullins, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 30th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 20 AND 21, BLOCK 63, OF PASADENA ESTATES SECTION H, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
