YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners association assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, VILLAS OF LAKE ARBOR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 31, THE VILLAS OF LAKE ARBOR UNIT 2, as shown in plat recorded in plat book 74 pages 35 and 36, public records of Pinellas county, Florida. With the street address of: 2056 Grove Lane, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before April 22, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
