Lot 11 and the North 5 feet of Lot 12, B1ock 48, A REPLAT OF PART OF DUNEDIN ISLES UNIT NO.1, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 20, Pages 34 through 37, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
