NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-19712 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-PR1 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Nathan B. Lemons, Kevin Turner a/k/a Kevin J. Turner, Citibank, National Association, successor in interest to Citibank, Federal Savings Bank, City of St. Petersburg, Florida, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 23rd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
