NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-016009-XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for the Certificate holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., GreenPoint MTA Trust 2005-AR5, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR5, Plaintiff and J. Herschel H. Smith a/k/a J. Herschel Smith are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 10, CRESTMONT REVISED SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
