Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 12-004984-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and THOMAS F. CUEVAS, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
UNIT A, BUILDING 2, OF TARPON WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, NOW KNOWN AS, THE OAKS OF TARPON WOODS, A CONDMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 36 AND 37, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4772, PAGE 2076; AMENDMENTS TO CHANGE NAME TO THE OAKS OF TARPON WOODS, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 10172, PAGE 956, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of May, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
