NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-005592 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Scott Hopler and Lisa Hopler, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK A, OAK RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
