NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17th, 2012 and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 19, 2013, both entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-009414XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-WCW1 is Plaintiff and IMPERIAL COURT COUNDOMINIUM APARTMENTS III ASSOCIATION, INC.; HASE VULKALIC; EMIRA ARNAUTOVIC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's Website for On-Line Auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on April 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
