NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17th, 2012 and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 19, 2013, both entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-009414XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-WCW1 is Plaintiff and IMPERIAL COURT COUNDOMINIUM APARTMENTS III ASSOCIATION, INC.; HASE VULKALIC; EMIRA ARNAUTOVIC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's Website for On-Line Auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on April 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

That certain condominium parcel of Unit Number 16E and an undivided 3.94% interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with, and subject to, the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of IMPERIAL COURT CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS III, as recorded in Official Records Book 2885, Page 288, and plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, on Pages 7 through 9, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
