NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 25, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.52-2011-CA-011668 of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at VIA ONLINE AT WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 a.m. on the 16th day of APRIL, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
