NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 3C, BUILDING 1000, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF COVE CAY, VILLAGE III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 104, PAGES 44 THROUGH 52, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 106, PAGES 85 THROUGH 92, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 108, PAGES 76 THROUGH 83, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 21, 1989 IN O.R. BOOK 7091, PAGE 2032, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 27, 1990 IN O.R. BOOK 7388, PAGE 716 AND BY SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED APRIL 24, 1991 IN O.R. BOOK 7551, PAGE 254; ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND MADE A PART THEREOF AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. With the following street address: 1000 Cove Cay Drive, #3C, Clearwater, Florida 33760.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 26, 2013.
