Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 11-005939-CI , in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST SERIES 2006-5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5 is the Plaintiff, and JENNIFER L. JORDAN, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 161, STRATHMORE GATE EAST UNIT THREE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 86, Pages 99 and 100, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 21st day of June, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
