Sweet, Mary A. Summers and Charles F. Summers are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 3205, INVERNESS CONDOMINIUM I, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 1 THROUGH 6, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 68 THROUGH 75, INCLUSIVE, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JULY 14, 1980, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5046, PAGES 1254 THROUGH 1346, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5062, AT PAGE 1126, AND AS FURTHER AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5130, AT PAGE 177, AND RERECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5142, PAGE 973, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, AND ANY ADDITIONAL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL BEING OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
