NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-12234 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2006-WMC3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WMC3, is the Plaintiff and Carlos R. Roman, Zerna A. Roman, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 7th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
