NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 6, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-016090 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas formerly known as Banker's Trust Company, as Trustee and Custodian for IXIS 2005-HE3, Plaintiff and Xhevair Guza are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BAYSIDE MEADOWS PHASE II, SECTION 2, A PARTIAL REPLAT, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
