NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-014034 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association as trustee for WMALT 2007-HY2, Plaintiff and Willie A. Collins and Annie B. Collins, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19 OF TENNESSEE TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
