NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2013 entered in Case No. 2012-4430-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYSHORE COURT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and M. ANNETTE CURRY and DOUGLAS D. CURRY are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 12, 2013 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, of BAYSHORE TOWNHOMES, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 133, Pages 1 and 2, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
