Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Plaintiff's Verified Complaint dated January 25, 2012, and the Final Default Judment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2013 (the “Judgments”), entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-3583 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which PNC BANK, N.A., successor to RBC BANK (USA) is Plaintiff, and THE CLUB ESTATES II, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, MONTE ENOCH, an individual, PLANNING DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Florida corporation, NAPLES CLUB ESTATES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation, and BARRY DOWNING are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court will sell the Mortgaged Property, as defined in the Judgment and as set forth below, at public sale on April 17, 2012, at 11 a.m. to the “highest bidder,” for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112-5324 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.

DESCRIPTION:
The words “Personal Property” mean all equipment, fixtures, and other articles of personal property now or hereafter owned by Grantor, and now or hereafter attached or affixed to the Real Property; together with all accessions, parts, and additions to, all replacements of, and all substitutions for, any of such property; and together with all proceeds (including without limitation all insurance proceeds and refunds of premiums) from any sale or other disposition of the Property.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
