NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated March 14, 2013, in the above styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 AM on April 15, 2013, the following described real property:
Unit 1, Taylor One, a condominium and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in O. R. Book 2300, Pages 2949 - 3010, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.

Commonly known as: 1750 J & C Blvd., Unit 1, Naples, FL 34109 (hereinafter the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the properyt owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
