Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2013 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT A1, PHASE 1, OF RIVER OAK PLANTATION, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 844, PAGES 1395 THROUGH 1442, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
at public sale on April 15, 2013, at eleven o'clock a.m., in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112,to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in paragraph 4, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
