Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-911 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 17th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 1-102, Quincy Square at Madison Park, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4081, Page 2983, and as amended, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto .
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
