NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1004777CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and EDDIE L. DENSON A/K/A EDDIE DENSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 174, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 117-123, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
