NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1202413CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and GREGORY L. THOMPSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 75 feet of the South 180 Feet of Tract 13, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 8, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 97 and 98, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record, and Real Estate Taxes and Assessments levied against the premises.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
