NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1202344CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and SALVADOR APONTE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 150 feet of Tract No 24, Golden Gate Estates, Unit 10, according to the map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 101 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
