Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Florida Community Bank, N.A., Plaintiff, and Ethel Sharon Rodgers, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Third Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL at 11:00 am on the 17 day of April, 2013, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 25, Block 2, New Market South, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 14, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
