NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 0903208CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR-IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGEPASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-0A1 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM F. NOLL, III, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block B, AUDUBON COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT ONE, according to plat in Plat Book 15, Pages 30 to 35, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
