NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-004791, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and ANGELA M PALMER A/K/A ANGELA PALMER A/K/A ANGELA PALMER, ROBIN G LANDERS A/K/A ROBIN LANDERS, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGELA M PALMER A/K/A ANGELA PALMER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBIN G LANDERS A/K/A ROBIN LANDERS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN N POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 am on the 17th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 17, LELY GOLF ESTATES, ST. ANDREWS WEST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 93, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
