MARTINEZ, CROWTHER ROOFING AND SHEET METAL OF FLORIDA, INC., GULFVIEW APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER., STORM FORCE, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION, GULFVIEW APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S)IN POESSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
