MARTINEZ, CROWTHER ROOFING AND SHEET METAL OF FLORIDA, INC., GULFVIEW APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER., STORM FORCE, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION, GULFVIEW APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S)IN POESSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Unit 2010 of the Gulfview Apartments of Marco Island Condominium Building, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book B, at Pages 25 through 46, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with the limited Common Elements appurtenant thereto, and more particularly delineated in Exhibit “A” attached to and made part of the Declaration of Condominium of THE GULFVIEW APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND CONDOMINIUM, recorded in Official Records Book 603, at Pages 454 through 501 and as amended in amended in Official Records 605, at Pages 783 through 785, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

An undivided one-two hundred sixty-fitith (1/265} interest, as tenant in common, in the Common Elements and the Common Property of the said THE GULFVIEW APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, a condominium.
