NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002147, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and KEITH STEPHEN LANE; MARGARET ANN WILDE A/K/A MARGARET WILDE; MARTHA LU ULRICH; JEFFREY STRATTON DAVIS; KATHRYN MARY EVANS; COUNTRYSIDE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; COUNTRY HOLLOW COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC; COUNTRY HOLLOW ONE ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 17th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT B-106, COUNTRY HOLLOW ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1423, PAGE 1566, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
