notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005445, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida . BANK OF AMERICA , N .A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ELIO SANTO; ANA SANTO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; THE OASIS AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the LOBBY on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 17 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2123, BUILDING 21, THE OASIS AT NAPLES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4107, PAGE 183, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
