NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 21, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-003563 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff and KATHERINE CHACHERE; JASON CHACHERE; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; WATERFORD AT VANDERBILT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; VANDERBILT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 17 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 107, BUILDING 4, WATERFORD AT VANDERBILT CONDOMINIUM NO. 2, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2654, PAGE 570 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
