NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-001194 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Shawn Fuentes are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E.
