NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed March 20, 2013, and a Final Summary Judgment dated October 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2009-CA-007150, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and DIANE CRANE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANE CRANE IF ANY; ALLEN CRANE A/K/A ALLEN N. CRANE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALLEN CRANE A/K/A ALLEN N. CRANE IF ANY; KRYSTALLIA CRANE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KRYSTALLIA CRANE IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ROYAL ARMS EXTENSION CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of April, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
UNIT NO. 72 OF ROYAL ARMS EXTENSION, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 898, PAGE 1096 THROUGH 1161; AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 996, PAGE 703; OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, APPURTENANTS, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
This property is located at the Street address of: 72 GEORGETOWN BLVD #72, NAPLES, FL 34112.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
