NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-002410 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Bank of America N.A., is the Plaintiff and Jodi Vidaurri, Rey Vadaurri, Valencia are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 17 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 6, BLOCK F, VALENCIA LAKES, PHASE 2-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 10 TO 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
