NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-003201 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-PR1 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Agnes Sanford, Kenneth Sanford a/k/a Kenneth R. Sanford, Marco Island Civic Association, Inc., Regions Bank, as successor in interest to AmSouth Bank, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 17 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15, BLOCK 126, OF MARCO BEACH UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 32 THROUGH 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 1267 LAUREL CT., MARCO ISLAND, FL 34145-2351
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
