NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004180 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Angela C. Traver, Richard C. Traver, Lely Civic Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 17 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15, BLOCK 2, LELY GOLF ESTATES UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
