NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008CA024759, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES AMQ 2006-HE7 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES AMQ 2006-HE7 is the Plaintiff and ROSE THERESE DUROSIER, JEAN DUROSIER A/K/A JEAN CLAUDE DUROSIER, SILVER GLEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HELEN M. DANSO N/K/A KWAKU A. DANSO, JOHN DOE and JANE DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 23 day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18 OF SILVER GLEN PHASE 1 VILLAGE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 125 AND 126, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
