NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12TH day of March 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-026730 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and SHEILA MAE N. MENDOZA, HORIZONS AT VISTA LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR PULTE MORTGAGE, LLC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHEILA MAE N. MENDOZA, VISTA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22ND day of July 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 304, PHASE 4, HORIZONS AT VISTA LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMIIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7819, PAGE 4894, AS AMENDED BY THE EIGHTH AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8149, PAGE 4091, AND ALL ITS ATTACHEMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, TO BE RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
