LOT 14, CHICKASAW RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
