NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-031757 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-31 (1) Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and THE RESERVE AT LAKEVIEW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. CRENDEL KENT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; LAKE VIEW PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 04/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 13, IN BUILDING 2, OF RESERVE AT LAKEVIEW CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 7060, PAGE 345; AND ALL AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES TO SAID UNIT AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION.
