WARREN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SEAN M. WARREN N/K/A COURTNEY WARREN; CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; BRYN MAWR SOUTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION UNIT #3 AND #7, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/07/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
