SANCHEZ; DOVER GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; TENANT #1 N/K/A NADIA EPINALES N/K/A NADIA EPINALES are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 04/18/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
