NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 13, 2013 in Civil Case No. 48-2011-CA-014379-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. is the Plaintiff and DANIEL A OHMAN, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Building 5160, Unit 36, of Residences at Millenia, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 8499, Page 4131, and all amendments, if any, filed thereto in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that a true and correct copy of the foregoing was mailed this 15 day of March, 2013, to all parties on the attached service list.
