NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-003519-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC is Plaintiff and PATRICIA A. SELLARS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA A. SELLARS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TRADITIONS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 18th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, TRADITIONS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 104 AND 105, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
