NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed march 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-012373-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and STEVEN R. KUHNS; HOLLY C. KUHNS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, FSB; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 18th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 147, PEPPERTREE-FOURTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 143, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
