NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008720 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-2 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, 2006-2 is Plaintiff and IVAN MALAGON; ESTER MARIA ALFONSO A/K/A ESTHER MARIA ALFONSO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE, INC.; UNITED STATES FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 18th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, COMMERCE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 25 AND 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
